Babies love a rattle.
Inspired by bubbles, I designed this rattle to look like a bubble wand: a circle
with oodles of bubbles pouring out. The bubbles contain a rattle insert, so
there’s no doubt baby will adore this toy, regardless of whether he grasps the
whole bubble inspiration thing.

ASSEMBLY AND FINISHING
Fold ring so that last rnd
and foundation ch meet. With long tail, whipstitch these 2 edges tog, adding
stuffing as you go. It should look like a donut.
Stuff each bubble, adding a
mini rattle to 2 bubbles. Place 6 markers, evenly spaced around perimeter of
ring, and attach bubbles to rnds 8–11 of ring at 5 of the markers. Leaving 6th
spot open gives baby a convenient place to hold!
Weave in ends.
